  2. 登陆企业信用信息公示系统（ http://qyxy.baic.gov.cn/beijing） 界面1 ▲点击“北京”

  3. 界面2 ▲点击“企业公示信息填报”

  4. 界面3 ▲普通用户点击“新用户注册”，进入界面4 ▲ CA用户请点击“CA用户”，进入界面5

  5. 界面4（新用户注册） ▲新用户注册，第一步验证信息填写完后“验证”;第二步用户名为注册号（自动弹出），请牢记填写的密码，完成注册后返回界面3，填写相关信息并点击“登录”，进入页面6

  6. 界面5（CA用户） ▲CA用户登录界面，点击“副本驱动安装”，返回界面3，填写相关信息点击“登录”，进入界面6

  7. 界面6（选择年度报告） ▲点击“年度报告在线填报”

  8. 界面7（选择年报年度） ▲选择年报年度，点击“登录”

  9. 界面8（基本信息） ▲填写基本信息时，”是否有网站或网店”、“企业是否有投资信息或购买其他公司股权”和”有限公司本年度是否发生股东股权转让”，如有则选择有，并在下一步中填写，如无，则选择无，下一步跳过此项。

  11. 界面10（股东及出资信息）

  12. 界面11（对外投资信息）

  13. 界面12（资产状况信息） ▲可选择是否对外公示

  14. 界面13（股权变更信息）

  15. 界面14（对外担保信息）

  16. 界面15（党建信息） ▲此项不公示

  17. 界面16（预览及公示） ▲预览无错误后，点击“提交并公示”
