PSTAD Steering Committee, March 2012 Terms of Reference (from project appraisal document) • To establish and monitor a timetable for the implementation of the project; • To review and approve the procurement of goods and services; • To coordinate & approve the various project components’ management & implementation, to develop the consensus on, and commitment to the project; and • To make recommendations on regional research issues which may arise during the implementation of the project.
