  1. Crondall New Surgery December Update Practice News - Thank you to everyone who has sent Christmas cards or delivered biscuits and chocolates to the staff – your support and kindness is hugely appreciated.

Christmas and New Year Opening • • • • We close on Friday 22ndDecember at 6.30pm and We re-open on Wednesday 27thDecember from 8am We will be closed on Monday 1stJanuary 2024 When we are closed, you can call 111 to access medical advice and the Out of Hours GP service. • • Only call 999 if it is a life-threatening emergency Use https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/ for advice online

  3. Staff News – GPs We are delighted to welcome Dr Sharik Mirza as our new GP partner from the 1stJanuary. Dr Mirza has worked with us before as a locum. He will be joining the practice for three days a week. Dr Elizabeth Pryde recently returned from maternity leave, and we are now at full GP staffing levels.

  4. Online Consultations – Adults Accurx is available between 9am and 3.30pm or until it reaches capacity. In the last 90 days, we have managed 1155 submissions via this system (Medical and Admin) All the information you need is on the home page of our new website - www.crondallnewsurgery.co.uk

  5. Online Consultations – Child Parents should download the ‘Healthier Together App’ for online child consultations. This has been developed with paediatricians. If a GP appointment is needed, the App sends us the information, and we make a direct booking. All the information is on the home page of our new upgraded website. www.crondallnewsurgery.co.uk
