Starting a new survey Select “Start” to start a new survey
Finishing a survey To save the data,you must select “Touch to Finish” The survey will automatically re-start for the next store.
How to handle partial surveys • What if you’re asked to leave the store before finishing the survey? In the CORE • Select “Back” until you reach STORE STATUS • Select “I was asked to leave” In a module • Select “Back” until you reach the beginning of the current module • Select “No, I will not be doing this module” for all remaining modules & exit survey. *Report the situation on your field notes*
Put the device to sleep by pressing the power button between stores.
