  1. Brodetnabokeljskinačin(jelojužne regije) Potrebno je: - 1,5 kg girica ili druge sitne ribe - 500 g crnog luka - 2–3 češnja bijelog luka - 100 ml maslinovog ulja - so, papar, 200 ml. bijelog vina, 500 ml ribljeg temelja -400 grpelatasaumakomipalentazaposluživanje

  2. Način rada : -zagrijati maslinovo ulje, dodati luk narezan na listiće, usitnjen češnjak - sitno nasjeckan peršun i na tanke trakice narezan celer -pirjati dok luk ne omekša pa dodati ribu -posoliti i dodati papar -pustiti da se lagano kuva oko sat vremena - usitnjene pelate sa umakom i zaliti vinom - kuvatijošpolasata - poslužitisapalentom.
