  5. TRRRAQSSS Review Criteria • Degree to which the program recognizes a collective effort or project rather than an achievement by an individual • Evidence that the program is at or significantly associated with a HCSD facility

  6. TRRRAQSSS Review Criteria • The program shows measurable benefits and outcomes • The program appears to be capable of being replicated
