  3. Introduction What is VPN? • is used to connect networks • creates a secure tunnel through the internet to access data from the server

  4. Objectives Primary Objective: • Create Client to access data from Wetzlar Secondary Objective: • Setup a VPN Server in Matosinhos

  5. Create a Server (on Debian) • choose a PC that conforms our requirements : • ~ 30GB HDD • Linux server version • Optimum 2 Ethernet cards • Earn Linux-Server skills

  6. Create a Server (on Debian) • Install several programs (openVPN,openssl,liblzo1…) • Edit configuration files • Create keys (ca-key, Server-key, Client-key)
