Cashew Nuts I have chosen Waitrose organic roasted salted cashew nuts to add to my database. I have chosen this as they are a nutritious snack. From the nutrition information we can see that the cashew nuts contain 630 calories in the whole packet. Although they contain a lot of fat they are full of energy and are fine to eat in small quantities to get you through the day.
Garlic Bread I have chosen Waitrose Garlic Bread slices to add to my database as it was not included and is a healthy snack to eat along side meals. From the nutritional information we can see that the garlic bread is low in calories and low in carbs, salt and fat. It is high in energy which will keep us going through out the day without needing to snack.
Watermelon I have chosen Waitrose watermelon, as fruit is essential in everyone's diet and is full of flavour for a delicious snack. From the nutritional information we can see it is very low in calories and fat but still gives us plenty energy to keep us going through out the day.
