Introduction

Method

  這是Compare boundary的部份,在拍攝reference會先配戴mark定位,而mark配戴於不易受呼吸運動干擾之部位。

近年來,接受放射線治療之癌症/腫瘤病患日益增多。治療過程中病患的呼吸運動會連帶使位於軀幹的患部也跟著移動,而不完全的治療會造成癌細胞殘存,種下日後復發的風險。再者周邊器官也有可能受到不必要的放射線照射而受損。為解決此問題,我們開發一個呼吸導引裝置,以即時影像對位技術引導患者控制呼吸的速度與深度,可提高治療效果,減少放射線治療風險。

患者會戴上眼鏡,並連接至PC,當其呼氣或吸氣至某一位置時,則會發出signal,並紀錄目前呼吸運動的位置,如此就能以最好的位置進行放射線的治療。
