  3. Regular Verbs Infinitive Verb + ed • Irregular Verbs They are a large group of verbs that do not follow this rule. We have to memorize the past tense form. Ex. Start - started Date - dated Ex. Say – said Go – went Do - did

  4. Let´s try! I usually smoke 2 cigarettes a day. (simple present – habit) I smoked 5 cigarettes yesterday. (simple past)
