Enhancing Test and Treatment Pages in Ni-kshay for TB Case and Treatment Details

Update the patient management section in Ni-kshay to align with WHO guidelines for TB, capturing Type of Case (e.g., New, Retreatment) and Type of Treatment (e.g., DSTB, PMDT) separately. Enhancements include visibility based on Reason for Testing, mandatory fields, and updating existing and new values for comprehensive record-keeping. Also, integrate Type of Case in Test and Type of Treatment in Treatment pages for improved data accuracy.
