  4. Bachelor with placement • Avanade Inc., a subsidiary of Accenture LLP., is a multinational ITconsulting and software company that develops business software from a Microsoft products platform. The company has 9700 employees in 34 countries

Bachelor with placement • Students apply for the program in the 3rd semester. • The company carries out a normal selection and hireing process • Students that are accepted into the program are working as consultants in normal projects • The students are paid • The students have a ”mentor” in the company

  8. Bachelor with placement • The students maintain all their student rights at NITH while they are part of the placement program • Both student and company may terminate the employment. In this case the student has a right to return to NITH and finish the original program

  9. Bachelor with placement • When the program is finished, neither student nor company have any further obligations

Bachelor with placement • This program was developed together with Accenture in the spring of 2009 • Avande joined the program in 2011 • The program was first introduced to students in the autumn of 2009 • 1 student was accepted into the program in 2009 • 5 students were accepted in 2010 • 4-6 students will start the program in 2011
