Tasks • If you have time now, do (for your portfolio): • Choose one polyhedron (which can be a straw model or one of the models from my desk). • Sketch it on a fresh sheet of paper. • Describe it as thoroughly as possible, in complete sentences: • Count its faces/edges/vertices. • Describe its face shapes. • Give measurements; compute surface area if you know how. • For Thursday / Friday: • Do Asg #7 (Ch. 1 Alg. Review, #1-50; they go fast) • Bring your assignments #1-6 to class as well.
Clean-up / Reminders • Pick up all trash / items. • Push in chairs (at front and back tables). • See you tomorrow!
