Interphase. 95% of the time cells are doing things in order to survive. (grow, respiring, and removing wastes) This part of life is usually less than 20 minutes for a cell. Mitosis- only lasts about 5 minutes. Prophase. DNA makes coils. Metaphase.

  1. Interphase • 95% of the time cells are doing things in order to survive. (grow, respiring, and removing wastes) • This part of life is usually less than 20 minutes for a cell. • Mitosis- only lasts about 5 minutes.

  2. Prophase • DNA makes coils

  3. Metaphase • Membrane disappears and DNA makes a line in the middle.

  4. Anaphase • Makes As on both sides. (spreading apart)

  5. Telophase • Two nucleus forming. Membranes seperating.

  6. Cytokinesis • Split apart.
