Recruitment, training and management of volunteers Develop and sustain strong links between schools and local sports clubs Provide training opportunities to coaches and volunteers Target hard to reach groups (Disability, Girls, Inactive, Disadvantaged, BME) Provide a year round programme of easily accessible, safeand, fun physical activity Volunteering Opportunities As a sports coach or activity leader In the office, contributing to planning or organising As a supervisor e.g. taking a register or administering 1st aid
