  1. CMi Air Conditioning & Electrical CMi has been serving residents and businesses in Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie Counties since 1992. So, we’ve been around a while. While we started in Jupiter with just 5 people and 3 vehicles doing custom home HVAC work, we’ve grown to over 120 employees and over 95 vehicles at our current location in Lake Park. We’ve expanded from custom residential home systems to commercial applications, to VRF (variable refrigerant flow) systems and a full slate of Electrical services. From large rooftop units to small split systems, zoning and VAV, we expertly design, install and service the simplest to the most complex HVAC systems. Despite a long history in the trade and local market, we’re constantly sharpening our skills and staying on top of technology. In fact, continuing education is a chief benefit we offer our staff…and continues to ensure you get the very best.
