Balance between focussing on the specific attachment and the StR’s overall training experience • Being part of the team • Time/opportunity to attend ‘Training Prog.’ events/meetings • Opportunity to work with a wide range of people – in and out of PH • Being based with other StRs – or if not having adequate opportunity to network
Being encouraged to challenge and get involved – not just observe
