Academic Plan • Students will be given a yearly academic plan. • Students will be expected to complete 2-4 hours of academic study or 2-4 submissions 5 days a week in addition to their elective classes. • Students are expected to complete two online passing submissions per school day; in addition to elective classes. • Teachers will monitor time on online classes. • Teachers will monitor amount of work completed online. • Based on this monitoring, students will be placed on a level that reflects their progress. • Students are expected to maintain a Level 3 or 4. Level 2 indicates that the student is struggling with online work and discipline. Level 1 indicates that the students is being unsuccessful.

Level 4 : Exemplary – Working Daily and progressing faster than regular school setting. 90%-100% log on 18 or more subs/wk Level 3: Proficient – Working daily and progressing at the rate to graduate on time. 80-89% log on 13-17 subs/wk Level 2: Struggling – Low success / time expended, may need more teacher help (Elab time). Falling behind graduation rate. 70-79% log on 8-12 subs/wk Level 1: SOS – HELP!! Minimum work effort or success demonstrated. Red flag for potentially failing program or dropping out. 69% or less logging on 7 or less subs/wk
