Add Contracts

Change Tab name to “Add Contracts”. Remove “Use Template” tab. Note: Clicking on Direct Entry or Template icons (or words) works as it does today. For Bulk Load, following message pops up: “Admin Access Only. To access, click on “Company Admin Tab”. Add Contracts. Keyboard Icon.

  1. Change Tab name to “Add Contracts” Remove “Use Template” tab Note: Clicking on Direct Entry or Template icons (or words) works as it does today. For Bulk Load, following message pops up: “Admin Access Only. To access, click on “Company Admin Tab” Add Contracts Keyboard Icon Template Icon Our current Bulk Load Icon Direct Entry Template Bulk Load Should say “Add View” Note: Max of 5 in this block. If 5 Views are already listed, the Add View button should be grayed-out so it can’t be clicked again, until one of the 5 is deleted, first. Note: “My Favorite Views” lets the user simply click on an EXISTING view to go directly to that view. See following page for suggestion (alternatives welcome) on how to allow user to add an existing view to this list. WHEN AN “X” IS CLICKED, THE VIEW IS NOT DELETED, JUST REMOVED FROM THIS LIST!!!!! Favorite Views • Contracts: Over $500k in Value (25) • Milestones: Due in Next 30 Days (2) • Activities: Overdue (4) Can list from 0 to 5 Favorite Views in this section Information Center Note: Totals are for the specific user. When numbers are clicked, user goes to default view for Contracts, Activities, Milestones respectively. Total Contracts I Can Access: 345 My Open Activities: 15 My Open Milestones: 7

Note: When “Add View” is selected, boxes appears with the choices: Box 1: - Enterprise Ribbon - Contract Ribbon Box 2: Depending on the choice in Box 1, will display the tabs that have associated views. For example, if they selected “Enterprise Ribbon” in box 1, choices would be: Contracts, Performance Templates, Activities, Milestones, Notes. If “Contract Ribbon” was selected, Performance Templates, Activities, Milestones, Notes would be the choices. However, if the user does not have access to any of these tabs based on their security profile, those tabs would not appear in the selection list(s). Box 3: depending on the selection in box 1 / 2, that user’s views will appear in box 3 for selection. When selected and the “Add” button clicked, this view will be added to the list.
