  3. CARRY A TOTE BAG • They’re reusable. • Plastic is out. Canvas is in.

  4. USE A REUSABLE WATER BOTTLE • It cuts wastage of plastic. • It also saves money. • Note: Don’t share the bottles.

  5. WALK, BIKE OR TAKE THE BUS • It prevents the smoke from vehicles that has carbon dioxide.

  6. START COMPOST IN YOUR BACK YARD It helps plants grow better. It’s better than fertilizer ‘cause fertilizer is bad for the environment

  7. WASH CLOTHES IN COLD WATER It helps conserve electricity. Air drying also helps a lot!

  8. SHOP LOCALLY Buy from farmers’ shops that are near you. It takes gas to transport goods from afar. This helps stop carbon dioxide.

  9. CONSIDER CLOTH DIAPER • It is better to use cloth diapers because they are reusable. • It will pollute the land where they throw the diapers. • You can wash the urine or feces instead of throwing it away.

  10. ENERGY CONSERVATION • Be conscious of how much energy you are using in your home. Always turn off the tv and don't leave it on standby, replace normal bulbs with energy saving ones, they last a lot longer and don't use as much power.

  11. Eating Less Meat Helps Stop Global Warming • It takes much more energy to cook meat rather than veggies. • You use gas and sometimes electricity to cook meat.
