Discover the key processes in the water cycle through this informative guide. Learn how evaporation transforms water into vapor and how condensation returns it into liquid form. Explore the importance of precipitation, which includes rain, snow, sleet, and hail, as clouds become heavy. Finally, understand run-off, the water that doesn't soak into the ground, leading to puddles and flowing into larger bodies of water. This concise overview highlights each step in the cycle, vital for sustaining life on Earth.

Evaporation • Evaporation is when water vaporizes and rises into the air.It happens when warm air turns water into a gas.
Condensation • Condensation is when water vapor turns back into water. It happens when cold air comes in contact with vapor.
Precipitation • Precipitation is anything that falls from clouds. It happens when clouds become too heavy.Ex: snow, sleet, rain, hail
Run-off • Run-off is water that doesn’t soak into the ground. The water that “runs off”makes puddles and goes into bodies of water.
