15. General Priority of Future Work • MOSIS • Stay current with the cycle changes from DESE. • Race to the Top – new fields in Course Assignment – Pilot will open in June 2010 and close in August. What reports do you get funding for? • August Cycle: • Enrollment Attendance File – collects Summer School Attendance Hours • June Cycle: • Enrollment Attendance File – collects Attendance Hours used to calculate ADA, for Special Ed purposes ADA is used in the Current Expenditure per ADA for High Need Funds. • Student Core File – collects Migrant, LEP, and Homeless data

18. What reports do you get funding for? • October Cycle: • Student Core File – collects Immigrant and LEP data • Assignment Files – Career Ed Salary Reimbursement, Perkins funding, and Enhancement Grants, Early Childhood Special Ed Funding • December Cycle: • Student Core File – collects LEP data, Dec 1st Child Count is used to determine Early ChildhoodSpecial Education Program Maintenance Amount

19. What reports do you get funding for? • February Cycle: • Student Core File – collects Free and Reduced Lunch count data
