The Network Monitoring Working Group aims to establish a unified assessment of connectivity performance within the ICFA community. By deploying ping metrics for end-to-end performance measurements across 12 sites in 7 countries, the group has gathered data on 400 link pairs using standardized tools and data formats, archived at HEPNRC. Key issues include data management, link quality ranking, and categorization of links. Essential efforts involve developing analysis tools and fostering relationships with ISPs to enhance connectivity and resolve issues.
