The main concept behind flay lay photography is to take a picture from directly above with no angle at all. But, of course, there's more to it than that. Flat lay photography is simple to master and quite effective. Here are my few ideas for finding the appropriate flat lay style for your brand.
Use Natural Light You should always take flat lay shots in natural light unless you are a professional photographer with a good lighting gear. Brightly lit images are nearly always preferable to dark ones, and your camera's flash won't cut it.
Use Color in Your Flat Lay Photography Experiment with different colour themes in your flat lay photo. For consistency, it's a good idea to have a broad colour theme for your entire feed. After all, you want your Instagram followers to instantly know your style.
Texture Can Be Used In Flat Lay Photography To add character to flat lay photography, experiment with different texture features. Fur, linen, metal, glass, wood, stone... the possibilities are endless!
