  9. (1) Physical Health Exercise Good physical health through regular exercises. But holistic health is a three-some aspect. The balance of Physical, Mental and Spiritual Lecture L2.1: Holistic Health

  11. Mental Stimulations Achieved through participation in stimulating activities: • painting, music and artistic creations • tai chi, qi-qong, meditation, yoga Lecture L2.1: Holistic Health

  15. Death is inevitable The physical body is merely a human shell that disintegrates after death. Lecture L2.1: Holistic Health

  16. What happens after death After brain death, mental functions ceased. But Consciousness remains as documented by studies on near-death experiences. This phenomenon clearly discerns the spiritual component from its mental compartment. Lecture L2.1: Holistic Health

Conclusion 3 components of a being: (1) Physical body – Too much attention (2) Mental health – Less attention (3) Spiritual element – Neglected The spiritual component is the most influential and sacred constituent of the whole being.
