  1. How Do Floor Scrubber Machine Works?

  2. STEP -1 First, make sure that your machine is fully charged. It shouldn’t run out of batteries. Also, make sure that you charge the batteries only when it is needed as doing too often may hamper the life of the batteries.

  3. STEP - 2 Make sure that you sweep or dry floors to remove dirt or debris. This is necessary to avoid surfaces from getting dirty by the leftover debris on the floor. This can also lead to additional wear and tear of the floor scrubber machine. Wet dirt is more difficult to remove and can damage the squeegee.

  4. STEP - 3 After the completion of the above steps, fill the automatic cleaner tank with your desired cleaning solution. Choose alkaline cleaners for concrete floors and neutral cleaners for sealed floors. Turn the machine on and adjust it to your desired settings according to the surface to be cleaned.

  5. STEP - 4 Next step is to attach the brush. The brushes can spin on their own being automatic. Next, lower the squeegee and begin the cleaning process with the self-automated spinning brushes.

  6. STEP - 5 The scrubber can be run with a single pass. For dirtier surfaces, you need a “pre-scrub” or “double-scrub”. In this, you first operate the squeegee up off the floors with a cleaning solution and then run the machine for better cleaning.

  7. STEP - 6 Now, the floor scrubber machine begins its operation of cleaning. First, the scrubber will distribute water into the brushes for cleaning, through its solution tank. Then, the squeegee will work to recover the dirty water into the recovery tank, while, the vacuum will leave the floors dry.
