JUSTIFICACIÓN En la localidad de Ciudad Bolívar existe un alto índice de brecha digital dentro de su comunidad, por lo tanto una Emisora Digital que la pueda informar y comunicar acerca de los avances tecnológicos que se están dando, acerca de capacitaciones y lugares donde pueda adquirir conocimiento para un desarrollo comunitario mejoraría su calidad de vida, articulando un conjunto de elementos tecnológicos.

  4. OBJETIVOS Eficiente uso de la tecnología Mejor calidad de vida Mayor difusión y apropiación de la información. Promover el uso de elementos tecnológicos.
