  5. Our History • April 6, 1915 - First WBEC Stockholder’s Meeting. • May 29, 1915 – Date of Incorporation • 1932 – WBEC assets equal $42,818 with 303,030 bushels purchased • 1934 – Company employs three employees

  6. Our History • 1971 – Shipped first unit train from West Bend, composed of 62 cars. • 1980 – 62 employees, $11 million in assets, $1.1 million in savings

  7. Our History • November 26, 2003 – Changed Name and Focus of Company to MaxYield Cooperative. • July 31, 2006 – 150 Full-Time Employees, 17 locations. • July 31, 2006: $152,000,000 Total Sales • July 31, 2006: $4,208,272 Total Savings

  8. Grain Bushels Handled • Traditional MaxYield Co-op:19.5 million bu • LLC: 12 million bu • Kerber Milling - E’burg: 2.5 million bu • Hobarton Feed Mill: 15 million bu • MGP Ethanol – Lakota: 32 million bu Total Bushels: 81 million bushels per year
