  3. Where we are now: PDSA Cycle • Develop online questionnaire and disseminate broadly. • Revise and shorten based on feedback and quality of responses. • Test with small group of providers. • Revise 2018 AL F2ECE Needs Assessment by making shorter, more direct, specific questions.

  4. Alabama’s Long-Term Plan: • Use strategic plan to guide all work. • Ensure our program is grounded in equity, diversity, and inclusion. • Develop local level coalitions to support ECE programs to implement F2ECE. • Revise learning collaborative model based on provider feedback and test with a second group of ECE providers. • Develop Train the Trainer using F2ECE learning collaborative training materials. • Continue making progress to raise awareness of F2ECE.
