  4. 楔(くさび)形文字 戻る 雄牛 メソポタミア地方で，粘土板にきざんで使用したくさび形の文字。 紀元前3500年ごろシュメール人が考案し，前1世紀まで使用された。 絵文字をもとにしているが，仮名のように音節を表している。 頭 水

  5. 象形文字 戻る (1)具体的な物の形をかたどってつくった文字。表意文字の1つで，絵文字から発達した。古代エジプト文字や中国の古代文字など。 (2)漢字のなりたちや 使い方を説明した六書の1つ。漢字の中で，物の形をかたどってできたもの。
