  1. The printer: it is located in room 1232. It is capable of printing up to A0 (42"). Access to the printer: the printer is online, but esiest is to bring your document on USB memory. You also need the 4-digit access code to enter the room. Using the printer: the easiest way to print a poster is to use the attached PC. The PC runs Window; you need an PC account in the IT-TS domain. The old user "anst“ is not working anymore! Installed software: PowerPoint and Acrobat reader are available. We recommend using PowerPoint for producing posters. Size of poster: 100 x 70 cm is a common size that works for most usage areas. Text size: do not use more text than this. This template already has too much text for a good poster. Images make posters more interesting, right? Paper and ink: please notify the system administrators if you install the last color cartridge or paper roll. Really.
