  2. Student Teacher & Intern Orientation Sessions – • JUNIORS ONLY!!! • What Do I Need To Know In Order to Student Teach???? • April 28- 6-7:30pm- Poe Hall 216 • May 7-12-1:30pm– Poe Hall 216

  3. Community Service • Recess Bash • When: April 26th • Time: 11pm-3pm • Come out and enjoy, food, games, etc

  4. Summer Enrichment- Conference Registration • Don’t forget to register for your conference this summer!!!! • Senior Conference – 4/14/10- 9am • Junior Conference- 4/20/10-9am • Freshmen Discovery- 4/14/-9am

  5. FIELD EXPERIENCE – • Opportunity to work with GED students • 1-2 Hours per week • No Pay! Volunteer only • Meet at DH Hill Library or other public location • Email Mr. Clinkscales if interested!

  6. NCSU Choir Concert • The NCSU Choirs Concert ~ Social/Cultural • When: Saturday, April 24 • Where: Stuart Theatre • Time: 7pm. Elizabeth Knight be performing with the women's choir and there will be performances by the men's choir and the Sate Chorale. Please support your peers • Contact: Elizabeth Knight

Athletic Events • AbSolutions • When: Tuesday, April 20th • Where: Studio B – Carmichael Complex • Time: 7:30pm ( arrive around 7:15pm to get a spot) • This 15-minute class is a highly concentrated core workout focusing on the abdominals and lower back. • Contact- Lauren Vann – levann@ncsu.edu

  10. EOG Proctors – Field Experience • Volunteers needed to help proctor EOG at East Cary Middle School. All proctors must be 21 years old and sessions are approximately 45 minutes. Testing coordinator- Deanna Harris- 466-4385. • April 23rd - 1:30pm-2:30pm-Proctor Training • April 27th– 2:30pm-3:30pm – Proctor Training • April 29th- 7:30am- 2:30pm(during planning periods)- Proctor Training • May 1st- 9am-10am- Proctor Training • May 18th- 7:30am-8:30am- Proctor Training • Please contact Mr. Clinkscales if you can help.
