Decision Against Participation in Review Processes for NSF and HCC

After discussions with the department, we have concluded that we do not wish to engage in any review processes, including those for the National Science Foundation (NSF) and Health Care Commission (HCC). Our prior experiences with these entities have guided our decision to refrain from participating in future evaluations. We believe that our current direction aligns with our goals without the need for further oversight or review.
