  2. 基本認知 • 測試時間：2 小時（包括安裝軟體) • 考試題組：共有 15 個題組 • 每一個題組，皆有 4 個部份 • 資料夾及檔案的操作及列印 • 視窗作業系統功能的設定及列印 • 合併列印 • 文書處理

  3. 存檔要求 • 只有「合併列印」及「文書處理」要存檔。但建議第一、二部份也自行存檔。 • 合併列印： • 原始設定檔：例如 「王美美12m」 • 結果檔案：例如 「王美美12a」 • 文書處理：例如 「王美美12」

  4. 文書處理～取代 ※15個題組，皆要將半型的( )改成全型的 （），題組八及題組九，要改成全型的〈〉。 • 題組一：亞瑪森 • 題組三及題組十一：半型的逗點,改成全型的逗點， • 題組六：Microsoft及MS改成「微軟」 • 題組八：半型的( )及< >改成全型的 〈〉 MBPS改成 Mbps • 題組九：半型的( )及< >改成全型的 〈〉 • 題組十三：bss改成BSS • 題組十四：JAVA改成Java • 題組十五：nt改成 NT (但不可將第４段的client改掉）

  5. 扣分 合併列印：頁首的數字記得改成Arial 合併列印全錯，最多扣 30 分
