COMO OBTENER LA PLANILLA DIGITAL DE INSCRIPCION PARA LOS TALLERES AÑO ESCOLAR 2014-2015 1 INGRESE A LA PAGINA DEL COLEGIO http://www.colegiofrancia.edu.ve/ EN LA SIGUIENTE PANTALLA UBIQUE “TALLERES 2014-2015” Y PRESIONE UN CKLIC SOBRE “LIRE LA SUITE DE L´ARTICLE 4 5 EN LA SIGUIENTE PANTALLA SE ENCUENTRA TODA LA INFORMACIÓN DE LOS TALLERES Y LA PLANILLA DE INSCRIPCIÓN PARA LOS MISMOS. 2 SELECCIONE LYCÉE FRANÇAIS 3 UBIQUE EL SIGUIENTE LINK Y LUEGO PRESIONE CLIC EN “Actualités Foyer 2014-2015” 6 LA PLANILLA SE DEBE LLENAR DIRECTAMENTE EN ELECTRÓNICO SELECCIONANDO TODOS LOS CAMPOS CORRESPONDIENTES, UNA PARA CADA TALLER Y POR NIÑO; LUEGO SE IMPRIME CON 1 FOTO NIÑO(A) Y 1 FOTO REPRESENTANTE. (REQUISITO OBLIGATORIO.). SE DEBE FIRMAR EL CONTRATO Y LAS NORMAS, LA PLANILLA DEBE SER ENTREGADA EN LA OFICINA DEL FOYER JUNTO CON EL MONTO DE LA INSCRIPCIÓN EL DIA QUE CORRESPONDA. NO ACEPTAMOS CHEQUES

  2. Cómo llenar la planilla de inscripción para las actividades extracurriculares del Foyer. 1 Seleccionar el tipo de taller que desea: Cultural o Deportivo; para Maternal, Primaria o Secundaria, desplegando la lista correspondiente; es una planilla por taller y por alumno.

  3. Cómo llenar la planilla de inscripción para las actividades extracurriculares del Foyer. 2 Llenar todos los campos solicitados en dicha planilla y desplegar las listas correspondientes para completar toda la información. Debe seleccionar el grado o nivel al que estará el próximo año escolar 2014-2015, según la sección al que se encuentra inscrito.

  4. Cómo llenar la planilla de inscripción para las actividades extracurriculares del Foyer. 3 Seleccionar en el contrato de servicio anexo el mismo taller que coloco al inicio de la planilla y el día correspondiente según la actividad. 4 Firmar el contrato de servicio.

  5. Cómo llenar la planilla de inscripción para las actividades extracurriculares del Foyer. 5 Leer detenidamente las normas generales y firmar en el lugar correspondiente.

Cómo llenar la planilla de inscripción para las actividades extracurriculares del Foyer. 6 Para todos los talleres es indispensable llenar y firmar la autorización de salida a paseos o competencias que se encuentra al final de la planilla. 7 La planilla debe estar completamente llena, con las fotos requeridas y firmada en los lugares correspondientes, de lo contrario no se aceptará la inscripción. 8 La planilla debe ser entregada en físico en las oficinas del Foyer el día correspondiente a las re-inscripciones o inscripciones según el taller seleccionado.
