Magnetic Depth Profiling of Al2O3 Fe Si Structure using NG1 Cold Neutron Reflectometer

This study aims to measure the structural and magnetic density profile of an Al2O3 Fe Si structure using neutron reflectivity. The objective is to obtain depth information up to 1 m and identify the mystery layer as iron silicide.
