  2. OCD + SSRD • All done well. • No operational concepts changes this semester • With one exception of one project • Switch from AA to NDI

  3. SSAD • UML models are not structured • Sequence diagrams vs. Class diagrams • Inconsistencies • Missing entities in design • In memory vs. In storage

  4. FED • Re-check ROI calculations • Inconsistent costs after operations • Cost vs. Benefit • Risks are not updated correctly • Many of risks no long applies • Previous semester risks

  5. LCP • No obvious mistakes • Most of mistakes are mentioned in graded weekly MS Project

  6. Iteration Plan • Missing details for CCD • Often mention that plan is in MS Project • But actual plans do not exists • Detail about CCD risk management • Be specific to only CCD • Not just the overall project risks

  7. Transition Plan • Missing trainer • Missing maintainer • Need to identify who • Need to include users as well (if necessary)

  8. QMP • What strategies are being used • Formal - documented • Informal – no documents needed • Focus on what you can do and what you actually do • Detailed formal peer reviews on all documents are not necessary • Focus on critical and risky items

  9. SID • Incomplete tracking • From OCD to TPC • Some requirements are missing test cases
