Requisition of MTOA before 10am • Some of the MTOAs are not being scheduled • KSK Mahanadi-AP and CPL-AP are not requisitioned. • Cl 17.a mandates release of such margin for STOA • Request states to intimate such Under-requisition well in advance so that Adv / FCFS STOA can be approved • Atleast before 10am on Day Ahead basis so that it can be released to Px. Letter

Treatment of Kudankulam infirm injection • SRPC issued Allocation order dt 30-07-13 on unallocated quota of Kudankulam • Order specified allocation ratios for 1)prior to CoD and 2) from CoD • allocation ratios for prior to CoD for accounting purpose of infirm injection • SRLDC will not Schedule the infirm injection • Nor give any relief in Real Time O/D messages etc.

  4. NO OF INSTANCES OF DELAY IN WEEKLY SEM DATA RECEIPT DURING July’ 2013 In case not received in time, SRLDC will be constrained To approach higher Forum

  7. PoC status for Q3 of 2013-14 Node-wise data from KPTCL and AP are awaited TN data for 110kV nodes not given

Status of RRF Mock Exercise • Implemented from 15-07-13 • TNEB started furnishing data • for 11 pooling stations in full shape. • For 3 stations Scheduling yet to start • For 2 stations Actual Energy to be recd • AP not submitting data • Karnataka discontinued from week (220713-280713) and (290713-040813) Data for previous week to be furnished before Tuesday 12noon

Metering Scheme and Accounting methodology for new stations • Henceforth SRLDC will not be advising the locations of SEMs for new projects or Connection points • Installation of SEMs to be done by concerned agencies themselves as per CEA Metering regulations 2010 • Data format to be in line with existing SEMs • New stations to get the Metering Scheme and Accounting methodology finalised in Commercial subcommittee of SRPC
