This protocol outlines the systematic administration of Ropivacaine injections for effective anesthesia during knee and hip surgical procedures. Utilizing 100 ml of 0.2% Ropivacaine with 0.5 mg of adrenaline, injections are strategically placed in the posterior capsule, PCL, and soft tissue surrounding surgical sites. The technique includes infiltration along the medial and lateral margins of the incision and around key anatomical landmarks, enhancing pain management. Follow-up infusions are also detailed to maintain optimal anesthesia throughout the procedure.
