  2. Logging into SIS https://ats.nycboe.net If a login pops up, log in as below. In the user name field type in your domain (district\ or central\) followed by your Outlook ID. The password is the same as your Outlook password.

  3. Click on the SEC logo

  4. The first screen in Source Corp Rejected Records is a Search Screen

  5. This search is a general one for anyone by the name of Rodriguez

  6. Drop down lists of Error Types

  7. Julie Rodriguez has the following error message: “REASSIGN W/ EARLIER START DT THAN EXISTING NOT ALLWD”

  8. This shows details of Julie Rodriguez’s record. Click on the calendar to change the start date.

  9. Choose the correct start date on the calendar. Then click on “Update”

  10. When you go back and search, Julie’s record now shows as “No recommendation found”.

  11. When you go back to her personal record, you’ll see “No recommendation found” there as well. You have cleared up her record.
