  8. what’s next Goal: Demonstrate high program quality and impact using ICT4D solutions • Use of ICT4D solutions is globalized through toolkits tailored to sectors with the requisite support capacity and effective transition to partners Adopt universal electronic data collection tools and a culture of data sharing; apply innovative data analytics that have a decisive impact on outcomes Empower vulnerable communities and strengthen systems through information services, improved through direct feedback and developed in a locally sustainable model
