    2. 2 Gli organi giurisdizionali Corte di Giustizia (fin dal 1957) e Tribunale di primo grado (istituito con decisione del Consiglio del 1988, in funzione dal novembre 1989, esplicitamente previsto dal T. di Maastricht). Attualmente artt. 220-248 CE (interamente modificati con il T. di Nizza) + Protocollo sullo Statuto della Corte (mod. con T. di Nizza). Art. 240 CE: le competenze assegnate alla CdG dal Trattato non sono per questo sottratte alle giurisdizioni nazionali (i ricorsi possono essere presentati anche al giudice nazionale).
