  3. How many of your organizations are self supporting? -- • Subsidized? -- • Tuition -- • State Funds • Other • Is Parking Free on your campus? • If there is a fee, is it calculated on a pre-tax basis? --

  4. Enforcement • Do violations go “off campus” or into the minor judiciary at some point? Is the state vehicle code used for enforcement purposes? • Do you keep enforcement revenue? All or part of it? --

  5. Master Planning • Does Parking have a seat at the University wide planning level? -- • Does Parking have a seat at the table when planning individual buildings? -- When planning parking facilities? -- • Is your campus currently implementing a Master Plan? • If so, did Parking have any input into the master planning efforts? • If so, at what stage in the process?
