Problems for Inventory counting • Theta Housing U/L Ass’y와 같이 반제품상태로 입고되는 자재의 경우에는 조립된 상태의 수량을 실사한다. • Theta Housing U/L Ass’y가 사내 공정에서 분해되어 단품 상태로 있는 경우는 Ass’y로 환산하여 • 수량을 기록한다. • Theta line #110공정 후 Housing Full ass’y의 경우 실사 후 Ass’y상태의 수량을 그대로 기록한다. •  재고관리 개선을 위해 반제품에 대한 신규로 품번의 부여가 필요함. • Input gear Ass’y, B/S Shaft Ass’y 의 경우 실사 후 단품 상태로 분해된 수량을 기록한다. • (실사 Tag 2장을 사용함) • (예) B/S Shaft Ass’y (DN) : 100set •  B/S Shaft (DN)  100ea •  Transfer gear (DN)  100ea
