  2. Areas to be covered • Online BVPI reporting • WDA mass balance • Queued roll-up • Selection list update

Online BVPI reporting • Reported at last UG meeting that BVPI reports were being developed • Implemented as Excel-based, giving running total for year • Available from level 10 on Data Authorisation screen • Contain detailed notes on calculation method • calculated variables (c-variables) • source questions

  4. WDA mass balance • Feedback sought at last UG meeting on format of WDA mass balance • Implemented showing breakdown by WCA: • total net diversion by material • % biodegradable content • net biodegradable recycling tonnage totals • Available from level 10; dependent on WCA returns • WCAs’ status summarised on report

  5. Queued Roll-up • Reported at last UG meeting that this was being developed • Now implemented: when you click to roll up you receive message that your return is in the queue • Current queue can be viewed – access under Data menu • This process will still be “instant” especially at non-peak times

  6. Selection list update • Reported at last UG meeting that Environment Agency data being cleansed and then updated in WasteDataFlow • Process now complete • Users’ selection lists maintained as far as possible; “old” & “new” facilities matched • More facilities available; inactive facilities no longer available
