Tracker Pilot took place in 2013 with 8 groups • Main aim to keep the rider at the centre of everything • Work in partnerships with groups, famillies, carers, funders and schools • Helped secure funding and prove therapeutic benefits of RDA activities • 134 groups now signed up • Over 900 assessments now completed • Tracker launched in Australia • Tracker is FREE for RDA groups • Interest from external groups Tracker History

  6. Six areas measured • Coach & side walker • Scores can range from 1 to 5+ • Track approx every 6-8 weeks • Once assessed add data to online Tracker • Standards e-learning • Communication • Enjoyment • Confidence • Horsemanship • Relationships • Physical Changes Assessing

  7. After second assessment you can print out a personal Tracker Rosette • Always shows first and last assessment • Group assessment can also be printed out • Remember its not a competition but to monitor change Tracker Rosette

Demonstrates results of work to funders • Investment in RDA worthwhile • Highlight areas that need improvement or recognition • Gives volunteers a purpose • Schools can justify riding to Ofsted • Participants can achieve where they may not otherwise have chance How can the Tracker benefit my Group?
