  12. From here we can mark as won and lost and also we can convert into new quotation

  13. We can mark as Lost by specify lost reason even if it is a won lead by clicking MARK LOST

  14. We can restore a lead by > RESTORE

  15. The lost opportunity will returned into it’s old state

  16. While converting into opportunity ,we can merge it with existing opportunity :For that Select the opportunity > CREATE OPPORTUNITY

  17. We can also convert lead into opportunity just by a drag and drop from NEW to QUALIFIED

  18. Under Reporting Menu we will get Lead, Pipeline, Activities reports
