  1. Self-Love: Top 10 Ways to Be Kind to Yourself Self-love, do you ever think that you love yourself? A few say “I don’t love myself but I love others” and a few say “I love myself the most the world comes second for me”. The whole population is divided in these two answers. Which one are you? If you are the one whose answer is the first one, then I am sorry you don’t love anything in this world. A person who cannot even love himself/herself how would he/she know what love is. And, if your answer is the second one, you guys are whom the world needs to make it even more beautiful place to be in. Loving ourselves is the first thing we need to learn, rest will follow. A person who loves himself/herself is the one who knows what love is all about. And trust me love is not butterflies in the stomach. Love is eternal, love is loving everything about everything, people who love hate nothing. Self-love is what makes you fearless yet let you worry about things. It is what gives you the confidence to stand the world and take risks in order to grow. Here is a list of top-10 ways to be kind to yourself: - Listen- listen to your inner voice, as it never lies. If you want to do something just do it even if you get nothing at least you will gain some experience and if you succeed you will be the happiest. It’s a win-win situation anyway. Spend- earn more so that you can spend it on yourself rather than spending on weird people out there. Happy- try to keep yourself happy first as only a happy person can spread happiness and a person full of sorrows will spread sorrows. This world is too beautiful to spread sorrows so spread happiness and love everywhere. Trip- go on solo trips, trust me there’s nothing better than going on a solo trip. You get to know about yourself. While exploring the world you also explore yourselves which is much needed these days. Hobby- we all have a few hobbies. Pick one thing that you love to do, and practice it every day this comes with two benefits, first, you will master it soon and other you will be happy. Time- these days we barely get some time to spend with ourselves, whatever we get we spend it with others rather than spending it with ourselves.

  2. Meditate- yes, start meditating every day for 20 minutes, that’s it. You will see drastic changes in your life when you start meditating every day. Forget- forget all the bad things that make you either guilty or sad. Start smiling in every situation. You will fall in love with the happy you. Forgive- when we don’t forgive the biggest punishment we give is to ourselves. So if a person did something bad to you, forgive them and move on happily. Donate- no, I am not saying you need to donate all your savings, what I am saying is donate maybe a packet of biscuits to a beggar. This is something which will give you the much needed happiness and keep you happy for a very long time. Self-love is increased when we do good deeds, when we make ourselves proud, when we achieve something we always wanted to achieve. So make yourself proud every day and start loving yourself you will everything bad turn positive in your life and people will start loving you and all you will be spreading is love and happiness.
