    • Professional Development in areas that will lead to a stronger program

  • Proper advising and program coordinator interaction is the key to student success.
  • Technical program recruitment continues to improve for the 4P1/4P2 Performance Measures.
  • The Follow-up process at MCTC includes several steps:
    • Contact program coordinator for student placement information.
    • Contact employees via e-mail with list of students who graduated and placement information has not been completed for their input.
    • Contact the student for placement information via phone.
The Data – cont.
    • Unemployment Insurance data match is completed as last resort on students without placement data entered in TEDS.
  • Special population data is received by the disabilities coordinator to help support the diversity of our college.
