Presentation Objective • The objective of this presentation are as follows: • Advise Non-Instructional Staff, Department Heads, Timekeepers and Business Managers of pending mandated changes to the HEO Series timekeeping process. • Demonstration of • Baruch – Timesheet, Compensatory and Overtime Forms and Process • Share Implementation Plan • Question and Answers

Project Background • June 21, 2013 OHR Director’s Meeting – Central Office OHRM announces plans to move forward with university wide – Universal HEO Series Timesheet • Consistent time capture process • Compensatory Time Calculation • Precursor to automated Time and Leave System Implementation – Sum Total – Projected Go-Live 2015 • Campuses given until October, 2013 to implement HEO Series Timesheet • July 6, 2013 – Central Office releases finalized timesheet and process.

Implementation Plan October, 2013 HEOs CLTs RAs Department Heads Business Managers Timekeepers • Go-Live – Key Dates • Thursday, October 3rd – launch HEOCLT Timesheets@baruch.cuny.edu email address for submission of timesheets and user questions • Saturday, October 19th – discontinue use of current monthly exception based HEO/CLT timekeeping process. • Sunday, October 20th – HEO/CLT Staff begin recording daily attendance covering the week of October 20th thru Saturday, November 2nd • Wednesday, November 6th - Bi-Weekly Timesheet for period of October 20th – November 2nd and Monthly Exception Timesheet covering October 1st – October 19th due for submission to OHR via OHR Drop-box or dedicated e-mail address • Sunday, November 3rd – First complete bi-weekly HEO Timesheet reporting cycle starts • Contractual Title, CBA Exception and FLSA Status Confirmation Letter
